Comedy Comes to Riviera Maya
For the first time, Phish’s Riviera Maya destination event is adding live comedy to the mix: Here Come The Jokers will bring stand-up sets to Moon Palace Cancún during the Jan. 28–31, 2026 festival.

Phish: Riviera Maya returns to Moon Palace Cancún in Riviera Cancún, Mexico, January 28–31, 2026. Phish will play eight sets across four nights; the full comedy schedule will be announced later.
This marks the ninth time Phish has put on the Riviera Maya event (the series began in 2016), and the move brings the band’s festival into closer territory with comedy — Here Come The Jokers ran at Phish’s Mondegreen festival in 2024. Insider tip: If you’re booking a package, expect the usual all-inclusive resort setup at Moon Palace — and a mixed itinerary of shows and late-night comedy sets once the schedule drops.
