Early arrival at Spirit Lake sparks conversation
A recently shared photo from Spirit Lake at Hulaween shows a wide open field, a lit cabin in the distance and only a handful of people on the grass. The poster said they “got in no problem” and had already roped off much of the area for themselves and their dog — a claim that grabbed attention because the scene looks unusually sparse.
Whether this is an honest flex about arriving early or a bit of festival shitposting, the image underlines something long familiar to festival veterans: timing matters. Get there during setup and you’ll find elbow room; show up later and that open lawn disappears fast.
